Redemption occurs during the checkout process:
- when asked, enter the voucher code then click REDEEM
- observe the Payment Summary to see the balance payable
- continue to Delivery details and Order Confirmation and then - if there is a balance payable - to our Authorized Retailer where you are prompted for your credit card details
Gift Kitty Account money or Promotional Vouchers cannot be used to purchase a Gift Voucher.
When redeeming a Promotional Voucher:
- only one voucher may be redeemed against each order
- the discount ONLY APPLIES if:
- the Promotional Voucher code is current (not out-of-date)
- the shopping basket satisfies the promotional rule eg discount only applies to shopping baskets with a value over $40
When redeeming a Gift Voucher:
- its dollar value is added to your Gift Kitty Account which accumulates your money until you are ready to use it.
- the amount of money in your Gift Kitty Account is shown:
- on the Shopping Basket page
- on the Billing page
- in My Account
If the balance in your Gift Kitty Account is not sufficient to cover the shopping basket total, be ready to provide your credit card details to 'top up' your Gift Kitty Account.
If there is money left in you Gift Kitty Account you can use it another time. It will never 'expire'.
